What sizes of lingerie do you carry?
Cindie’s carries lingerie in sizes XS-6X, corsets in sizes 32 up to 52, and boxed outfits and hosiery in both Standard and Queen Sizes.
Do you offer a discount for military, students or entertainers?
Yes, we offer a 10% discount for military personnel, students, police, firefighters, and entertainers, including dancers, burlesque performers, lingerie models and roller girls. Please bring your ID and let our associates know about the discount before payment.
Do all Cindie’s stores sell the same products?
While we do carry some products at multiple Cindie’s locations, each of our stores has a unique selection of lingerie and romantic merchandise. If you are searching for a specific item, call or visit your local Cindie’s and an associate will be happy to check the item’s availability.
Does Cindie’s sell seasonal products and lingerie?
Yes, Cindie’s sells seasonal lingerie, toys and gifts for holidays such as Valentine’s Day and Christmas. Cindie’s also carries a large selection of sexy costumes for Halloween from August to November.
What are Cindie’s Ladies Night Out events?
Cindie’s Ladies Night Out events are private, ladies-only in-store parties for Cindie’s shoppers. Our events provide engaging, educational workshops and presentations designed to open up discussion of intimacy and sexuality in a relaxed, comfortable setting. Some past examples of our entertaining workshops include pole and lap dancing classes, fashion shows, boudoir photography, erotic readings and guest speakers. All of our Ladies Night Out events are free with RSVP and include refreshments, door prizes, samples, and a special gift of 20% off your entire purchase.
How often does Cindie’s have Ladies Night Out events?

What is your return policy?
Due to the personal nature of our products, most of the items we sell in-store are final sale. Only hanging lingerie and apparel items may be exchanged for another item or in-store credit with a valid receipt up to 14 days after date of purchase.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any adult merchandise, jewelry, shoes, opened hosiery/lingerie packs, or clearance items. We do put batteries in all adult toys and gag gifts to ensure they are functioning properly before purchase.
Exchanges must be in new condition, free of wear or odors, with original tags and packaging.
Items purchased online CANNOT be returned, exchanged or picked up at stores as the online store is a separate third-party distributor.
